Each T-shirt is made to order. Production and transit are separate stages. Check the estimated delivery time, shipping cost and applicable taxes before paying. International deliveries can take several weeks; import charges may be due on delivery depending on the destination.

Check size, colour and address before paying. To correct or cancel, promptly open the link in your confirmation email and check the available options. Operational cancellation may no longer be available once production starts or a shipping label is created. If the option is missing, contact support. This does not limit your legal rights.

Once a refund is approved, you will receive confirmation and it will be processed to the relevant payment method. The time before it appears depends on your bank or payment provider. If it has not arrived after the period stated in the confirmation, contact support.
