7. Membresías

8. Devoluciones y Reembolsos

Para daños, defectos o artículos equivocados, utilice la vía de soporte indicada en Tallas y ayuda. La gestión ordinaria de incidencias de Fourthwall establece 30 días desde la entrega. Soporte revisará la reposición, el reembolso u otra solución que corresponda. Las devoluciones por cambio de opinión o talla se tramitan conforme a la política comercial aplicable y a los derechos obligatorios del consumidor. We offer a website where you can purchase merchandise we make available for sale, including digital products and memberships ("Memberships" and, collectively with all other merchandise, "Products").

7. Memberships

8. Returns and Refunds

For damage, defects or incorrect items, use the support route described in Sizes & Help. Fourthwall’s standard issue-reporting process uses a 30-day period from delivery. Support will review the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Returns for a change of mind or size are handled under the applicable commercial policy and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

All Products will be shipped to the address you provide to us. You will be responsible for all shipping costs specified at checkout.

10. Licenses and Restrictions

The Creator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, or interfere with the Service’s security features.

11. Prohibited Conduct
